Thanks to their precise fit, every item stays in place – whether it’s a sensitive measuring device or a delicate presentation model. On request, we also supply ESD-compliant, i.e., antistatic inserts.
Manufacturing – water jet cutting or milling?
Depending on the shape, depth, and requirements, we manufacture your insert using two modern processes:
- Water jet cutting: Ideal for complex contours and acute angles at full foam depth.
- Milling process: Perfect when defined depths are required or multi-layer systems are desired.
The foam inserts are produced in our own factory – precisely, quickly and from a batch size of 1.
Further options: studded foam & cube foam
As a flexible solution, we also offer pre-cut cube foam inserts for custom configuration and studded foam for the case lid. This ensures safe transport even with changing contents.

Our foam inserts are precisely tailored to the shape of your product using CAD data.
Depending on requirements, water jet or milling technology is used. This results in perfectly fitting inserts with a secure hold and high repeat accuracy.
We process high-quality PE and PU foams. We select the appropriate material depending on the area of application, for example, for shock-absorbing properties or a visually appealing presentation.
For presentation solutions, foams can also be laminated with plastic sheets, aluminum sheets, or Nercé fabric. Surface labeling is possible according to customer requirements.
