Interactive presentation system for various control units in the case
How are control units presented if they cannot show their function without being connected to a machine? In the demo case we made for our customer, they come to life.
With the case, our customer introduces a new interactive presentation system for various control units. The electrical connection in the presentation case allows machine and plant builders as potential buyers to experience the innovative CNC control elements in action. It was important to our customer to offer prospective customers more than just paper brochures at field service appointments. Only by powering the case can important components such as the control elements be made visible and achieve the desired WOW effect in sales talks.
Only individual demo case enables live presentation
The demo case contains two control units in the lid and bottom part – one with a keypad and one with a display. The special challenge was the electrical grounding concept to ensure electrical safety. The bwh aluminium frame case „ARK“ was used as the basis for the joint case development. Its stable and robust design easily supports the weight of around 20 kilos of interior. The installations that were carried out by us include, for example, the concealed power supply in the base as well as the cold appliance plug in the base plate.
